Robert McCauley
Bob brings over 38 years of Professional Fiduciary experience to his work with
McCauley-Shivers, including 18 years as Certified Mediator. Bob has served families
as a court-appointed Mediator, Conservator, Special Administrator, Guardian ad Litem,
Personal Representative, Trustee, and Agent under Power of Attorney, both medical and
financial. Bob currently specializes in conflict resolution in Trust and Estate matters and
mentors family members who take on the role of fiduciary, he has assisted other
professionals such as Certified Public Accountants in navigating the fiduciary process.
Bob is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is a father and grandfather.

Jerry Shivers
Jerry has owned and operated his own business for over 20 years. In 2016 he partnered
with Bob to form McCauley-Shivers, LLC. Jerry specializes in Conservatorships, Agent
under Power of Financial Attorney, Administrator of Decedent Estates and Trusts, as
well as conflict resolution. He has been a Certified Mediator since 2015. Jerry was raised
on a farm with his seven brothers and sisters; he understands complex family dynamics
and conflict resolution. Jerry is a father and grandfather.
